Crossing airplane crop spraying with vacuum cleaners, the idea is to build a quadcopter to spray and disinfect outdoor and indoor areas in a systematic way.
By mapping the surface and then methodically cover the whole area, disinfection of public places can be carried on fast and safely.
The tools like sprayers and algorithms for autonomous mapping and navigation are already available and tested by the industry. They need to be adapted to the size and capability of a quadcopter and the environment where it is used. Outdoor, bigger drones may be employed, while indoor smaller and cheaper quadcopters may be sufficient.
