[Update Oct.9]
Cirq translation for the 4th edition has been completed. Only the 5th session remains.
Based on the methodology covered in the 3rd session, the 4th session will go into QAOA.

While I was copying the Qiskit code to deepen my understanding of the QC4U code explained by Professor Ozeki of Tohoku University, I decided to take on the challenge of translating (porting) it to Cirq, which has been on my mind for some time.
I hope that by comparing the two, I will be able to grasp the characteristics of each and the suitability for use in the future.
So far, I feel that Qiskit is easy to learn because of its extensive documentation and content, while Cirq seems having a high affinity when used in combination with machine learning such as Tensorflow.
