Do I need a Health and Fitness Adviser?

An Alexa Voice Skill is designed to use ten questions with answers scaled 0 to 10, to answer the question "Does the person answering the questions need a health and fitness adviser?".

So at this point I am designing the questions.

The plan is to modify the score keeping code of the "Reindeer Games" trivia example, with the hope of re-using as much code as possible. I will look at the other Alexa Skills Examples to make sure that I have a good skill built in a reasonable fashion.
