Intelligent farm is a system capable of monitoring temperature,humidity , soil moisture, pH, and available to farmer on cellphone. It is GPRS 232and wireless communication.. The controller can on/ OFF pumps / valves onreceipt of command or weekly programmable which is preloaded. The user get alerts of all above parameters.
It ishaving features like
Ø Monitoring of Temperature, rain, Humidity, wind speed, Wind direction, Soilmoisture etc using suitable sensors.
Ø SMS messages to the farmer cell phonefor providing crope info,.
Ø control agricultural pump with mobilephones.
Ø Data logging.
Regarding toprotect and safeguard our environment and food cultivation , If I could makeavailable food cultivation / soil information, roots force information,environment status available to farmers to use effectively and produce more.Apart from that automated irrigation system controlled by farmers remotelywith automated plant medicine spray on requirement. This can improveproductivity and knowledges about real time status and changes available foreveryone beneficiary.
I am tryingto build an open source farm Monitoring and control System using MAX32620FTHRrapid development platform anddifferent sensor to collect data and upload to cloud and control agriculturepump with irrigation on requirement for water supply to plants. Spray themedicines to plants on requirement for better productivity.
