Automation of Lights

1.Introduction

The purpose of this project is to increase and decrease the intensity of LED based on surrounding environment. If it is too dark the LED intensity increases and if it is bright then LED intensity decreases. In this project I used LDR to determine the light intensity. An alert message is sent through Telegram when the LED is glowing at its full potential or when it is off.

2.Circuit Connections:

Step 1: Take one leg of the resistor and wrap it around the longer leg of the LED i.e positive leg.

Step 2: Insert the negative leg of the LED into the ground pin of the Bolt.

Step 3: Insert the other leg of the resistor in digital pin 1 of the Bolt by using a connecting wire.

Step4: Insert one lead of the LDR into the Bolt Module's 3v3 Pin.

Step5: Insert other lead of the LDR into the A0 pin

Step 6: Insert one leg of the 10k Ohm resistor into the GND pin

Step 7: Insert the other leg of the resistor also into the A0 pin
