Vision-Only Multi-Robot Warehouse System

This repository contains the core software for a vision-driven, sensor-free autonomous warehouse system. It includes camera-based robot localization using ArUco markers, QR-based parcel identification, grid-based path planning with collision avoidance, MQTT-based robot communication, and a lightweight real-time monitoring dashboard. The code is organized to run on a central PC acting as the system controller. Robots receive motion commands over MQTT while all perception and coordination logic runs offboard. The repository reflects an experimental, iterative build developed under hardware constraints.
