Alfa-SLR-camera supports a license "LCN-STP" to record a barcode data to jpeg file. To use it, Barcode reader for Alfa-SLR-camera is necessary.
This project provides the Barcode reader using AtomS3R and QRcode2-base.

This firmware uses Sony's Camera Remote Toolkit. After you use this firmware, your camera will be out of such manufacturer-warranty as specified by Sony.

Please also note that you shall:
(a) explain to and obtain a consent from the END-USERS, before licensing the END-USERS to copy or use the APPLICATION SOFTWARE, that once a DEVICE is used or controlled through the APPLICATION SOFTWARE, the DEVICE will be out of such manufacturer-warranty as separately specified by SONY with respect to the DEVICE;
1. Burn a firmware "QRcode2 for Alfa-SLR-camera" on M5Burner.
2. Connect a AtomS3R to QRCode2 Base, mobile battery.
3. Setup SLR-camera with body menu
[Setup]-[USB connection mode]-[PC remote]
[Setup]-[USB Power Supply]-[Off]
[Shooting]-[File]-[Scan&Tagging]-[Display unique ID]-[On]
[Network]-[Cont./PC Remote]-[Remote Shoot Setting]-[Still Img. Save Dest.]-[Camera Only]
4. Scan
Connect AtomS3R to camera.
Scan Barcode/QRcode.
5. Please check the followin exif data on jpeg file.

Data size: Up to 128 characters / Maximum 256 bytes
Data format: UTF-16LE (Little Endian)

Caution- It is necessary to disconnect the USB cable while AtomS3R is booting up.
Right after of reset of AtomS3R, AtomS3R drives D-/D+ as USB device mode. If the USB cable is connected to the camera at this time, the camera detects AtomS3R as USB device mode. After AtomS3R boots up, it switches the connection mode from device to host, but the camera cannot detect it. - If the camera does not support the “LCN-STP” license, or if the license is not installed to the camera, you can record barcode/QRcode to JPEG files but you cannot view it on the camera.
