IC Wiring and Function Testing Practice

I bought an assortment of ICs and decided I needed to become more familiar with reading tech sheets, and deciphering the basic wiring, and to be able to test some of the truth tables, and various other functions as the ICs offer.

The series I bought was in the 74HCXXX series, and i'll be starting there, and adding various other ICs that I have to create a basic code repository of examples.

I also acquired the 4000 Series IC grouping, and will be adding those. I plan to add 2-3 circuits a week till completed.
