NeoPixel Clock

This project was designed in Tinkercad and printed with an Anet A8 3D printer.

I used a Raspberry Pi Zero W along with FadeCandy to control the LEDs. The system uses Node.js and provides the user with a webpage for setting the colors of the hours, minutes, seconds and background.

I hooked it up with some Houston team based themes so you can quickly set all the colors at once.

PIR Motion sensor update

I added a PIR motion sensor to help extend the battery life. The the neopixel strip goes dark when no motion is detected. Then fades back in when someone enters the room.

I printed the face again in Inland white `flexible` filament. The colors pop a little better on the white than the transparent.
