For this first project, I created a miniature speaker out of cardboard and tape designed as a record player. The record on top is made out of cardboard with a thumbtack through the bottom of it, and the sides, top, and bottom are taped together using packing tape. Inside of the speaker is the Circuit Playground Express connected to a battery, and on top is a toggle switch connected via two alligator clips to the Circuit Playground Express.
The code is relatively simple: when the switch is set to the on position, it begins playing a part of Bella's Lullaby from Twilight on a short loop. When flipped off, the Circuit Playground Express will continue playing until it is finished with the loop.
