We all remember The Shining, that great movie by Stanley Kubrick based on Stephen King's novel.
In the movie, Jack Nicholson character tries to bypass writer's block by typing the same phrase in hundreds of pages, "All work and no play make Jack a dull boy."
Using an old IBM mechanical SK-8811 and Arduino Pro Micro, I've decided to make this small tribute: The Shining Keyboard.
How does The Shining Keyboard work?
From technical point of view, it is a very simple project: Arduino Pro Micro has been used since it has HID interface. Keyboard.h library was used and there were no other complications.
Fusion 360 was used to create the keyboard logo and the logo was printed on a Prusa Anet A8 3D printer.
I hope you like it.
