Back in March I've made a first version of this machine but I didn't like the results, so I've redesigned the case, the electronic parts and also the programming.
What else? I've made a 21 pages PDF User's Guide explaining all about the machine.
The Sound Machine is a short story by Roald Dahl. There, an inventor named Klausner discovers that one machine is able to "hear" plants in out of the spectrum frequencies.
Changes
The 7 segment display previously used to show the moisture has been replaced by 2 good looking analog vumeters, a potentiometer has been added to calibrate sensibility, an on-off switch and a led have also been added.
The case now looks way better than the old one.
Regarding programming code, I've added a started sound, an internal routine to avoid sounds repetition and the calibration routines.
Code, details and circuits can be found in the Klausner Machine 21 pages User's Guide
