Here what is MCPI created a simple web link that works just like a mailto link but instead of filling an email subject or body, it pre-fills the chat box of an AI.
In Web3, this idea is sometimes called a “web3 mailto”: a link that uses query parameters to pre-populate a message in a chat or messaging tool. The exact format can vary depending on the platform (for example, Mailchain or EtherMail), but the principle is always the same — the user clicks once, and the message is ready.**Mabye soon we can have "web3 chatto": or "web3 gptto": I coin the term MCPbutton or MCPlink ;)
For the PMSG project, I use this concept to make connecting with AI effortless:https://github.com/Control-C/PMSG/tree/main/AIS
the link automatically inserts the right context and instructions into the AI chat, using GitHub as the source of truth for guidance and technical details.
So instead of copying commands or reading long setup docs, users simply:
Click the link
- Click the link or button
- See the chat box already filled with the correct message
Hit send — and start working with PMSG instantly
