The Free Speech Watch is meant to celebrate the Free Speech Movement; it encourages users to draw out things related to the Free Speech Movement when near Sproul Hall.
The Flickr + Toq portion of this application has not been completed. There is currently only the drawing and erasing portion of the app (with corresponding size and color controls).
