At National Star, students use a green card/red card system to discreetly ask for help in the classroom when they are not comfortable to do it publically. We want to extend this system for people in the workplace, particularly under the Steps into Work programme.
We have held a workshop to choose from around 8 ideas and here are the notes people took about "I'm Fine" and the scores on the doors (out of 5):
3, 2, 3.5, 4(if this is part of a suite), 4, 4, 4, 4, 2
Classroom setting would over complicate. To use the device out in public would also be too hard.
Could it be used in the work place >Task list? Try discussing work place procedures.
