The materials that you will be needing are all the material that you need for this costume are in the picture for step one including, Jolly Ranchers, Starbursts, Twizzlers, an X- Acto knife, hot glue gun, hot glue gun sticks, and a ruler.
Step One
Get a piece of cardboard and cut out a shape that fits your desires. Cut the a triangle.
Step Two
Unrap the Starbursts a begin gluing the on your shape in any order!
Step Three
After your pattern is complete, glue the Twizzlers to the back of the cardboard. So in the end the necklace will look like this.
Note: We cut off the edges to make it look neater.
Step Four
Unrap the Jolly Ranchers and hot glue them forming the front of the belt. Since the Jolly Ranchers wont be able to curve hot glue Twizzlers on the side of the belt.
Note: Do not hot glue on the end of the Twizzlers so you can tie it over and over. The end result is down below.
