Blynk Using Embedis For Settings

If you want to be able to travel with your Blynk setup, and easily connect to different Projects or Wi-Fi Access Points, then read on! We use the Embedis library for Arduino in conjunction with the Blynk device firmware to automatically configure your Blynk and WiFi credentials.

• Install the Arduino IDE

• Install the ESP8266 Board Manager

• (Optional) Install the ESP8266 Sketch Data Upload Plugin

• Using the Arduino IDE Library Manager - install "Blynk"

• Using the Arduino IDE Library Manager - install "Embedis"

• Download the project zip file "ESP8266_Embedis_Blynk.zip"

• Move the ESP8266_Embedis_Blynk folder into your Arduino Sketch directory.

• Compile and Download the project to your ESP8266 board.

• Open the Serial Monitor and set the following embedis keys :

> set blynk_authid "your authid key"
> set wifi_ssid "your wifi ssid"
> set wifi_passwd "your wifi_passwd"

• Reset the board

• Connect using your Tablet or Smartphone and the Blynk APP.
