This topic shows how to monitor temperature and humidity by using the arduino and DHT 11. in this tutorial we will show how to interface Arduino UNO board with DHT11 digital humidity and temperature sensor where the measure humidity and temperature are displayed on 16x2 LCD screen.
the working of this project is simple. inside the DHT 11 sensor there is two components one is thermistor and another is humidity sensor. thermister measure the temperature in the form of resistor then afterward we have to change this resistance into the temperature by some calculations. and there is a another components which is humidity sensor which measure or detect the humidity by silver sulphide between the two plates of the sensor.
so. there is some components required to make this project work.

- 1602 LCD screen
- 4.7K ohm resistor
- 10K ohm variable resistor
- 330 ohm resistor
- Breadboard
