This is a Circuit Playground Express (CPX) that is attached to a glove. This allows the user to put their hand inside of a glove. Then the user can tilt and shake their hand to play the game called Puyo Puyo.

The CPX is connected to a computer. When the user tilts their hand, the CPX is sends a keyboard input to the computer. Tilting the hand left will move the pieces the player is controlling to the left. Tilting right will make them go right. Tilting down will make them fall faster. When the user shakes their hand, the piece will rotate.
