Pm10/2.5 centralised control

Pollution is a big problem in big city likes Milan or Tourin.

In Milan 2718 people died for pm10 pollution between 2006 and 2008 and in Tourin 2439 Wiki

Today the regional agency for environment is using a technology which it is very precise but that has a big cost.

We would like to create a new map using data coming from the new optical dust sensor, which are less precise, but really cheaper.

We would like to use that technology united with Azure iothub for create open data that can be used for scientific needs and for start an educational program to all citizen. We are a group of student and we aren't looking for gain, so we would like to give it at the price of cost. Everyone can put one of this outside their own house and join the big data collection.
