Well I cannot do anything about the character but I sure can monitor the health aspect so that we can save something.
There are two aspects of healthy body -
1) Good Sleep
2) Regular Movement

- to track the number of steps taken in a day
- number of hours slept in a day

To get started with LinkIt 7688 -
First connect the board to PC using a single micor USB Cable plugged into the power port of Smart.
In the Browser type mylinkit.local after connecting to the Mediatek Smart wifi network
Then change the setting to station mode by adding the home/work wifi ssid and password
Use putty to run the commands and WinSCP to transfer the files over to LinkIt 7688
The mediatek smart is a board with endless capabilities small footprint and it's affordable as well. Thus making it a iot lover's dream
