Many emission problems caused by the use of vehicles that daily volume increased. This problem becomes more complicated, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Distribution of vehicles on the streets in developing countries very heterogeneous, ranging from large vehicles, buses of employees, the number of private cars and motorcycles will produce a lot of emissions. If this can not be addressed and controlled the human environment will be threatened. Even the entire human biological supporting element could be destroyed by an explosion in urban emissions. For that us from the Legendre-Tech wants to develop an integrated public transport smart devices that can calculate the amount of vehicle emissions by knowing the distance per passenger (GPS data) and the number of passengers in the public transportations (RFID ticketing system). Emission per passenger values obtained will be used for a large calculating insurance emissions per passenger. with the use of low emission passenger will receive a premium from the government. This system will be very effectively regulate the use of emissions per passenger because passengers would be like when he gets a prize of a premium for the use of low-emission.
