Imagine a door that decides—instantly—whether you’re allowed in.
I built a smart door lock system using an Arduino Uno, RFID module, and a servo motor that does exactly that. When a card is scanned, the system reads its unique ID, verifies it, and unlocks the door only if it’s authorized—otherwise, access is denied.
It’s a simple setup, but it brings together real-time decision-making, hardware control, and basic security logic into one practical solution.
More than just a project, it’s a stepping stone toward IoT-based security systems, with future potential like remote access, logging, and multi-factor authentication.
