Recently, I had the honor of presenting my idea as an artist at the NCA Triennale. It was a wonderful opportunity provided by the Triennale team, and I’m grateful for the platform to share my work.
My project revolves around the use of machines to explore and mimic aspects of human art-making. Due to time constraints, I was able to develop an initial prototype—a fully DIY 2-axis pen plotter. While it is still in its early stages and has many limitations, it marks the beginning of a much larger exploration, with plenty of room for future improvements and experimentation.
What follows are videos and results from this process, including many misfired prints and machine errors. These imperfections are an integral part of the work, reflecting the machine’s learning curve and its dialogue with human intention.
I present this as the first of many
