DIY Raspberry Pi Home Automation

Let us build a home automation system that can control electrical appliances such as lights, fans, gates etc suing our mobile phone from anywhere around the world. All you need is a Raspberry Pi, some relays and an android phone. Lets get started.

Instructions

Here we will be using our raspberry pi which is connected to some electronic devices via relays as a UDP listener.

We can use our mobile app to connect to our Pi and send UDP strings to it which will control the status of the electronic devices connected to it.
