Years ago in a bar in the Alps, I played a drinking game that involved a glass boot. My companions did not explain the trick of tilting the boot the right direction so that you would not end up with beer all over your face. This cup exacerbates the boot problem so that once the cup is half empty it should be nearly impossible to drink out of without getting liquid in your eyes. There are two solutions to this problem; only ever drink the first half of the liquid in the cup or use a straw.
