Tabletop Game Companion

The purpose of this project was to design and implement a tabletop game companion device using an MSP430 microcontroller. The primary objective was to improve the pacing of tabletop games by assisting inexperienced players with basic game mechanics. Utilizing a custom PCB with 7-segment displays, the device provides an automated method for generating random numbers and tracking variable counters, thereby reducing the time required for manual dice rolling and mental math.
