I made this whole thing with cardboard, but you can make it any way you want.

The design is simple: just use a box and make a thin flat tube with a hole in the front of it. Make a hole in the bottom of the box, and put the tube through it.

Next, attach a servo motor to the side of the box. Make a thin arm out of cardboard and attach it to the servo.

Make a small piece of cardboard and attach it to the arm. Position the arm so that the small piece of cardboard is through the hole in the thin tube, and blocks any chips.
