A lot of the code came from Mari's file ( Thank you, it would be pretty much impossible without the TA's). I have taken some help from the tutplus and stackoverflow. Please let me know if you want to know the specifics.( mostly canvas and bitmap)
How the app Works
#1 The app continuously pings every few seconds to check if it near sproul plaza. If it detects with in a certain radius it pings the watch
#2 You then read the notification and then open the app in the watch in order to understand what you have to draw.
#3 I explicitly created a button for drawing because your phone may be in the pocket or you dont want to draw at that moment. So you can go back and easily draw whenever you want.
#4 Once you start drawing there are four basic colors along with a fancy brush ( for extra credit). You can undo or redo(ec) your action as well as pick an image, save an image to and from your phone ( ec ) or just upload it to flickr.
#5 After the image is uploaded to the flickr the app will now have a new card ( 7th card) called Art from others and you will see a new card with a drawing from your classmate.
