I’m an autodidact engineer who enjoys building things from the bottom up and understanding how the pieces actually fit together.

BasaltOS started as an experiment in making embedded platforms feel less fragmented — something closer to an application ecosystem than a pile of board-specific examples. The focus is on clear abstractions, sane tooling, and making it easier to explore ideas without fighting the stack.
