As mental health has been of rising importance in recent years, our project aims to utilize technology in order to improve happiness levels for those who need it most. We believe that one should strive to do things that make them happy every day, whether it be going to see a movie or just taking a walk outside when the weather allows. Our website prompts users to create an account where they choose their favorite types of food, movies, music, outdoor activities, and sports. Then, based on their happiness levels for the day, measured by a 1-10 scale, we recommend activities to do based on their preferences. Gimda provides a platform in which users can easily access a multitude of things to do to improve their mental state.
