Ever needed to tell someone how old you were or how much you weighed on another planet? Well now you can!
This app takes in your age in years, and weight in pounds on any metric in the Solar system! (given that it's one of 8 planets and not pseudo-planet pluto). SolarYou auto-updates according to any changes in the input fields, and has a simple dropdown menu for quick and easy use. Lovely cat graphics populate the screen based on your planet choices, and multiple orientations are supported.
Instructions on how to use:
Use dropdown 1 to pick your home planet.
Use dropdown 2 to pick what planet you want to convert to
Enter your age in years in the text input box
Enter your weight in pounds in the text input box
Ta-daaaa
At any time you can change the home planet, target planet, or your inputs!
Design decisions:
I chose to go buttonless, and only used textedits and dropdown spinners. I gave result textfields large areas to accommodate the large numbers that could result during conversion. I also added cute cat planets to adjust according to which planets are chosen.
