Simple Touch Switch Circuit Using MOSFET

➢ Step Descriptions

✦ Step 1: Solder a 220 ohm resistor on the middle pin of IRF540G.

✦ Step 2: Solder the negative pole of an LED on the other end of the 220 ohm resistor.

✦ Step 3: The positive pole of LED is connected to the positive pole of the power supply.

✦ Step 4: The negative pole of the power supply is connected to the B pin of the IRF540.

✦ Step 5: Simultaneously touch the R pin of IRF540 and the positive pole of the LED, then the led will be on.

✦ Step 6: Simultaneously touch the R pin and B pin (on the right ) of IRF540, then the led will be off.
