Dance Control Tango @ lex VRVU

1. Unity should load the tango sample package

Note: The version I used is unity 5.3.3, our instructor lex indicated that the newest version does not work well on the Tango sample.

2. Run the demo of Tango on your device

Note: This part is the most painful, because you will feel so depressed debugging the unity environment and updating the android studio.

I forgot to install the android assist package, so it was missing the depot part of the android and I installed unity more than twice.

The android jdk and sdks location might affect the building. Someone clean out the old version and then figure out the process.

3. Edit and build your own Tango app

Note: In this case, I down the asset Dance Skeleton for my project.

4. Change the GUI control mark of the sample project

The dance animation is most part I want to initial. So select the right one and set the animation.

Note: Do not drag the model into the scene asset file, it will make the model automatic show up . Please drag the model directly from prefab to the GUI control marks box. Every thing unity will take care automatic.

By the on the prefab of the dance skeleton, please select the animation you want.

5. Add Audio

Add the audio component and set up the button on the canvas of the camera to control the music.
