AM2315 with C# on Windows 10 IOT

Doing a project on a RaspberryPi with Windows 10 IoT, I had to integrate an AM2315 temperature and humidity sensor. I realized that a C# library for this sensor was never done so I had to implement such library and test it with an UWP application.
