What is your project about?LORA is an offline-capable AI Vision Assistant that sees, listens, and understands you. It combines voice recognition, gesture detection, and smart vision in one compact, privacy-focused device, built on Raspberry Pi and running advanced AI models locally.
Why did you decide to make it?I wanted a truly private, smart assistant that doesn’t rely on the cloud or big tech. Existing solutions are either always online, lack true vision capabilities, or don’t allow real user customization. LORA gives you full control, works even without Wi-Fi, and learns to help you with your daily routines.
How does it work?LORA uses a camera for gesture and activity detection, microphones for voice commands, and local AI models for real-time responses. It can play music, set reminders, control smart devices, and answer questions—all without sending your data to external servers. You interact using your voice or hand gestures, and LORA adapts to you over time.
