We have developed this solution to facilitate the customer-sales relationship thanks to the growing microelectronics. This solution allows customers to easily express their emotions after buying a product from a supermarket. Each customer has an RFID card that contains their ID and when they have their card read on an RFID reader behind which an emotion is hidden. When the reader will read a customer's ID, it will associate with the emotion to send into a database. On the one hand, the supermarket manager will make statistics on his products of the most loved or at least loved by customers and he can also seek to satisfy customers who are not proud of a particular product according to the necessary requirements.
