Simevents Simulink. Creating entities from an excel file

I want to show how easy is to use data from xls file as an input of entities or data associated to each entity in Matlab Simulink. Just only creating a Simevents model in Matlab and Simulink. Instead to use Simevents standard entity generators, to create randomly normal distributed entities, you can use real data in the same distribution or order of arrival, to simulate conditions of saturation, starvation, utilization times....

Imagine what can you do simulating in the case you would like to change something in your conveyor of your factory. You will be able to simulate before to invest money, in order to understand if you will lose production or saturate the production, or if your buffers size could be enough, before you insert a machine in between, or if you remove people in an station of your production line.......
