Step 8: Cover the Sides With Clear Acrylic

• Cut clear acrylic strips (3mm thick) to match the sides of your main acrylic base.
• Make holes in the acrylic strips where needed (for charging port, switch, etc.) — as shown in your image.
• Fix the strips carefully around the sides using strong adhesive or screws (if you planned for it).
• Make sure all ports and switches are easily accessible through the holes.

Step 9: Insert the 18650 Battery and Set the Output Voltage

• Insert the 18650 battery into the holder, ensuring the correct orientation (positive side facing the right direction).
• Turn on the slide switch to power the system.
• Adjust the MT3608 boost converter to output 12V by turning the small potentiometer (using a small screwdriver).
• Check the output voltage using a multimeter to make sure it’s stable at 12V.

(Tip: Adjust the potentiometer slowly to avoid over-driving the circuit.)

• Make sure the pipe is positioned in a way that ensures proper airflow for the motor’s exhaust.

Step 12: Final Charging Setup and Fume Extraction

• Charge the battery through the TP4056 module. Simply connect the charging cable to the TP4056 input, and the battery will charge safely.
• To enhance safety and usability, solder additional wires near the TP4056 for easy access to the charging port.
• Ensure that all fumes from the motor are effectively absorbed by the flexible pipe, which leads to the window for proper ventilation. This will help in preventing any hazardous fumes from accumulating inside the enclosure.
