As shown in the video, scan the bottom of an Allen pack (or other similar tool) and import into Fusion 360 as a canvass. Trace, scale, and extrude, and you have the design for a custom 3D-printed toolholder.
STLs for these particular toolholders are found here, but the concepts will probably be more useful. Also, don't make a mirror image as I did in the second part!
