I got a $20 orange pi from here, which was a very good deal even without a cord, I didn't realize that it didn't come with a power cord, so I made one.
Step 1: I wanted a USB connector, so that's what I madeThe plug on the pi is a 5mm plug and I wanted a USB plug.
Step 2: Find a 5mm plug and a female USB portSolder the two together 5v to 5v and gnd to gnd. MAKE SURE THE POLARITY IS RIGHT!!!!!
Step 3: Connect it up and you're doneYour Orange Pi should boot up no problem.
