🪛 Step-by-Step Assembly Guide

Step 1: Mount the Speakers

Take the middle layer (speaker holder) of your 3D-printed case.Insert one 3W speaker into the provided slot and tighten it with nuts and bolts 🔩.Repeat the same for the second speaker.Make sure both are securely fixed — this will give your SoundBox great bass and clarity

⚙️ Step 2: Connect the Amplifier (P15W)

Now, take your P15W Bluetooth amplifier.Connect both speakers to the amplifier outputs:

• SPK+ → Speaker +
• SPK− → Speaker −

The P15W has built-in Bluetooth, so no external Bluetooth module is needed — just power it on later and it’ll automatically pair with your phone 📱🎧

Step 3: Prepare the Base Layer

Take the bottom base 3D-printed part.Insert the on/off switch into its slot and fix the battery holder in place.This layer will carry the main electronic components, so organize the wires neatly

Step 4: Wiring & Power Connections

Now, make the power connections carefully:

• Battery holder → BAT+ & BAT− of TP4056
• TP4056 output (OUT+ & OUT−) → Amplifier module power pins
• Switch → Connect in series with the positive wire to control power

Double-check all wiring for polarity and short circuits before powering up 🧠💡

Step 5: Mount the Circuit

Fix the P15W amplifier and TP4056 charger securely inside the base slot.Use double tape, hot glue, or screws to hold them firmly.Keep wires short and clean — this improves both airflow and looks 😍

Step 6: Final Assembly

Now, it’s time to assemble the full body:

• Place the middle layer (speaker mount) on the base and lock it in.
• Add the top grill cover and tighten with bolts or snap-fit locks.

Once complete, power ON your SoundBox — your phone should detect “P15W” via Bluetooth pairing.Play your favorite track and feel the beat! 🔊🎶
