Wireless remote data monitoring on TFT LCD using arduino

here in this project the data of 3 different sensors DHT, LDR and soil moisture sensor is transmitted wirelessly to remote location using 434 MHz RF transreceiver module HC12. the data transmission range is more than 1 KM ( actually it is 1.8 KM in LoS). The data of all sensors like temperature, humidity, light and soil moisture level is displayed on 3.5" TFT LCD monitor with full graphics and symbols.
