In this project you will learn how to make your own reaction game and test you and your friends reaction times. You will be able tot tell how fast your reaction time is by getting the LED to stop on green the further away from the green LED the slower your reaction time is.
The schematic is very simple and consists of a DIY Arduino using an atmega328p and 15 LEDs with current limiting resistors there is also a push button that you will use to trigger the LED to stop.
I have included all of the Gerber files that will allow you to get your own PCB manufactured. Once you have received your PCB you will need to solder all the parts into place.(you can use the silk screen on the PCB and the schematic to help you)
You can get your PCB that can be manufactured at PCBWay. PCBWay is a cheap reliable service where you can get your PCBs manufactured. All the engineers are very helpful and will resolve any problems you may have quickly. Sign up today and get a $5 welcome bonus.
When you have finished soldering all the components into place you will need to program the atmega328p you can easily do this by plugging the IC in to an Arduino Uno and program the IC though that.
AcknowledgementI thank PCBWay for the partnership.
