We have included a video under 5 minutes that contains both the presentation and the demonstration.
IntroductionIn Korea, countless students pay to use study rooms every year, seeking efficient study environments that enhance focus and productivity. To attract these students, study rooms often highlight features such as attendance tracking and high-quality air purifiers. However, many of these facilities still rely on manual management by staff, which limits their full potential.
Recognizing the factors that influence effective learning environments, we designed an integrated smart study room management system. This system not only simplifies administration for operators but also provides a highly optimized and comfortable experience for users, promoting focused and productive studying.
1-2. ExpectationImagine stepping into a futuristic smart study room. As you enter, you open a webpage on your smartphone. After logging in and selecting your seat, the light at your assigned seat turns on. The air feels fresh, and the temperature is perfectly regulated—thanks to intelligent systems that continuously monitor and adjust oxygen levels and temperature in real time.
When you sit down, a camera at your desk activates, analyzing your posture to help you sit properly and prevent discomfort during long study sessions. Meanwhile, noise sensors at each desk monitor the sound level, alerting the administrator if excessive noise is detected. These features work seamlessly together, offering an exceptional study experience without the need for manual adjustments.
