We decided to create two molds to demonstrate the full range of thermoforming technology.
Our larger mold, in the theme of sustainability, was a plant potter. It's easy to form and can be quickly cut. An entire demonstration could be made it with it, showing the utility of thermoplastics.
Our second mold demonstrates the high quality texture abilities of thermoforming on a small scale. It's a negative mold, intended to brand notebook covers or other common pieces of thermoplastic. The negative mold is data from the surface of the moon, along with the Formech logo inset on it.
