Billed as "Southeast England’s most intense live band," Indifferent Engine are also the creators of the Janky Tape Echo: an "open source, DIY tape echo effect for guitars, vocals, and synthesisers." The 3D-printed, Arduino-driven device is designed with easily-sourced parts to enable anyone to build, fix, and modify it. Adam Paul and Tom Wilson join Hackster's Alex Glow to chat about Janky Tape Echo and the band's other open innovations.
