I'll show you how you can build a decoration light yourself. I drew the design and published it on Thingiverse.com and here on hackster.io. The parts can be cut with a CO2 laser or printed with a 3D printer. If you don't have these machines and nobody knows who does, you can search for a Fablab, Hackspace or Makerspace nearby. Surely someone can help you there.
The parts can now be easily assembled. It is important to use some glue, but not too much! I use superglue (e.g. cyanacrylat).
If your LED Tea Light has a different diameter, you can customize the laser files from thingiverse a bit. These are vector graphic files. They can also be edited with free software.
