    Hey Leo,

I can use successfull german language with TTS in Windows IoT Core Build 14376 (Insider Preview).

Please copy all files like my comment over your comment, copy also the SR files. I have copied the TTS and SR files from my Windows 10 Pro Build 10586.494 to the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B with Windows IoT Core 14376 and it works.

For all where SpeechRecognizer with Windows IoT 10.0.10586 not work, the solution is to use a microphone that is fully compatible with Windows IoT 10.0.10586. I use the Microsoft LifeCam HD-3000 (there is a microphone included).
