This Pizza Box Doubles as a DJ Deck

When you think of cutting-edge technology, typically a fast food chain wouldn’t be the first company that comes to mind. However, don’t tell Pizza Hut that. Last year, they launched a pizza box movie projector, and now they have unveiled the world’s first-ever playable DJ pizza box.

Created in partnership with printed electronics specialist Novalia, the limited edition pizza boxes use conductive ink and syncs via Bluetooth to your laptop or smartphone. Embracing their inner DJ, customers can then select their favorite music and start scratching with their fingers.

Each box is equipped with volume controls, pitch speed, a mixer to switch between tracks, as well as a few buttons: cue, sync and play. Pizza Hut has partnered with Rinse FM DJ Vectra to show off the box’s design, which you can see in action below!
